Our Mission

Family Service of Waukesha is a non-profit, community based agency. Our mission is to improve the quality of individual, family and community life in Waukesha County.

Our Objectives

· We are committed to delivering effective, professional, quality services for all our clients, and to make our services available to people who have difficulty obtaining these services elsewhere.

· We take a leadership role as a dynamic, forward-thinking organization that creates innovative responses to emerging needs of people in our community.

· We advocate for the needs of our clients, and empower them to advocate for themselves.

· We attract and retain the best quality staff for agency administration and delivery of service to our clients.

· We believe that we can best achieve our goals by working in partnership with other organizations to solve problems and deliver services.

· Certified by the State of Wisconsin as an Outpatient Mental Health Facility

· Supported by The United Way in Waukesha County
